
Dominick Kocak is an Associate Attorney at The Friedmann Firm LLC. He began working for The Friedmann Firm in early 2020 as a Law Clerk while in law school. Dominick is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Dominick earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude. During his time at Capital, Dominick served as a Content Editor for Volume 50 of the Capital University Law Review, and he was a two-year advocate on the American Bar Association National Moot Court Team. Dominick earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing I and Contracts I. He also graduated as a member of the Order of the Barristers, a prestigious distinction recognizing students for brief writing and oral advocacy.
Before attending law school, Dominick received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership from Miami University. He currently coaches Capital’s Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team, and he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Caroline.
